I Love J offers premium Korean kids’ wear curated for Filipino families. We offer a range of stylish and comfortable clothing for children, including dresses, tops, bottoms, outerwear, footwear, and accessories.
2. Where is I Love J located / where do you ship from?
We are located in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
We ship nationwide across the Philippines.
3. What is the minimum amount for free delivery?
Enjoy free nationwide delivery when your order total is ₱2,000 or more.
4. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments through PayPal and HitPay, which support QR Code payments, E-wallets, and cards for your convenience.
5. How long will delivery take?
• Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days within Metro Manila.
• 3-7 days for areas outside Metro Manila.
• No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — we offer returns or exchanges under certain conditions.
You may request a return within [7–14 days] of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In the same condition as received
• In the original packaging with tags attached
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

All of our products are brand new and carefully selected for their quality and style.

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will try our best to accommodate. Once shipped, modifications may not be possible.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the Philippines. (You can adjust this if you plan to expand.)
12. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS (depending on your preferred contact method). Use that to track the package via the courier.
