1. Returns
You may request a return within [7–14 days] of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In the same condition as received
• In the original packaging with tags attached
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Sale/clearance items
• Accessories, undergarments, or other hygiene-sensitive products
• Gift cards
3. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/color was sent.
• If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the product to confirm availability.
5. Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
